Chicken & Broccoli With Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
Cook chicken in skillet with 1/4 cup red onion. Add minced ginger. Stir in chopped broccoli with soy sauce and chili paste. Continue to stir fry until broccoli is tender to your liking. Stir in the peanut butter an mix. Peanut butter melts into the mixture. Serve over brown rice. Enjoy!
