8 bell peppers1/4 c dill,chopped1/4 c mint,chopped1/4 c parsley,choppedjuice of one lemon1c diced onion1 c raw rice1 lb lean ground turkey1 can stewed tomatoes,choppedsaltpepper

cut top of peppers off . the will go back on he peppers after they are stuffed. Clean all the seeds out of the peppers. Salt insides lightly. mix together all the ingredients except the water and the broth. stuff the peppers leaving 1/4 room at the top so the rice can expand while cooking. Place all the peepers in a dutch oven. Replace the pepper tops on the peppers. Pour the broth and the water into the pot. bring to a boil over medium heat.Lower the heat to a simmer. Cover and cook 60 minutes or untill the peppers are tender.
