Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients
2 cups macaroni1.75 cups milk8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese1/4 cup flour1/4 cup margarine
Directions
Cook macaroni.

Melt margarine is saucepan.
Add 1/4 cup flour.
Add milk and bring to boil. Boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and add cheese.

Mix macaroni and cheese sauce in casserole dish.
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.

    My kids liked it so I will make it again. However, a 1/2 cup serving is small for an adult. This will be on the side of a healthy entree. I also had to add salt, pepper and garlic power for flavor. - 3/23/11
