My mom use to make this (using the pie directions on the jello box) and put it in a graham cracker pie shell and top with light (sugar free or fat free)whipped topping. She was a diabetic and it is a great substitute for the traditional pumpkin pie! - 11/21/08

Simple and tasty! Great for the sweet tooth in a sugar free diet (or any diet). I used half of the spice though as 2 tsp was too much. Great with Fat Free RediWhip on top (which is sugar free as well). Thx for the recipe :) - 8/13/12

Pretty tasty - a lot like pumpkin pie in a bowl. I overspiced mine. I think next time I'll use 1tsp pumpkin pie spice instead. :-) - 11/19/10

I'm excited to make this but I have a question...

When you say 1/2 can of pumpkin are you talking about the big can or small can? I bought a big can and now I'm not sure how much to use! - 11/24/08
