Ingredients
Tomato sauce (homemade is best) 4 cupsChicken broth (low sodium,fat free) 4 cupsLg potato cut into small cubesgreen beans cut into bite sizes 2 cupsLg celery stalk choppedLg carrot choppedMed onion choppedLg chicken breasts 3 - choppedfrozen or fresh corn - 1 cupPearl barly 1/2 cup
Directions
makes approx 10 1 cup servings

Add all to crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Season with Lawrys season salt, garlic powder and white pepper.

    This was great. The consistency was more like a stew than soup though. I subsituted diced tomatoes for the sauce. Great for a cold night, warms you from the inside out! - 11/6/09
