Hamburger Stew (Buffalo)

Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Buffalo/Bison MeatMrs. Dash's Extra Spicy to seasonBlack Pepper to seasonNo Salt Garlic Flavor to season. Add1 large (49 oz) can of fat free/low sodium chicken brothHunts - fire roasted Tomtoes2 red potatoes cut into 1/2" pcs.2 handfuls of baby carrots cut into 1/2" pcs.1-1/2 c green beans1/2c corn starch mixed with water for thickening (if desired - not necessary)Black PepperMrs. Dash'sNo-Salt Garlic flavorCumin
Directions
Brown 1 lb. Ground Buffalo/Bison Meat,
season with Mrs. Dash's Extra Spicy
Black Pepper
No Salt Garlic Flavor
Add meat to a soup crock
Add
1 large (49 oz) can of fat free/low sodium chicken broth
1 can of Hunts - fire roasted Tomatoes
2 red potatoes cut into 1/2" pcs.
2 handfuls of baby carrots cut into 1/2" pcs.
1-1/2 c green beans
1/2c corn starch mixed with water for thickening (if desired - not necessary)
Season to taste with: black pepper, Mrs. Dash's, no Salt Garlic and quite a bit of cumin.
Bring to simmer until vegetables are tender crisp. Enjoy!
