Creamy Tandoori Chicken & Rice

Ingredients
chicken breast, skinned, bonedRice, brownCream CheeseOnionRed , Yellow & Green PeppersTandoori SpiceGarlic oil (optional)
Directions
Cook brown rice according to instructions.
Slice and / or dice chicken breasts (6 oz)
cook chicken in frying pan with fat free cooking spray or a light spray of Garlic oil
add in chopped onions, green, yellow and red peppers (about 2 Tbs of each)
add Tandoori spice and cream cheese (about 2 Tbs of each)
stir until cream cheese is melted
stir in 1 cup of cooked brown rice
mix well, then serve

Makes 2, 1/2 cup servings....

You may want to substitute pasta for rice, or substitute ground turkey for the chicken breasts.
