Gelatin De-Lite

Ingredients
Sugar Free Gelatin (prepared with water or sparkling water, or diet white soda)Redi-Wip Fat Free (Or other whipped topping, fat free)Fruit Cocktail (From a can, or a mix of your own fresh fruit)
Directions
Gelatin must be prepared in advance; at least four hours prior to when the dessert is desired.

Prepare Gelatin per package instructions. Dish out one 1/2 cup serving and combine with whipped topping and one 1/2 cup serving of fruit. Can be mixed in one large batch or individual batches. This is a guilt-free dessert (that squeezes in fruit for those who don't normally get theirs!) that even kids will love.
