About 3 cups of broccoli florets5 sprays of olive oil cooking spraya little salt
I buy the florets already cut and washed so all I have to do is put them in a glass microwavab;e dish with a lid, spritz the top with the olive oil cooking spray, sprinkle with just a touch of salt, add about a half-inch of water, cover and zap for about 10 minutes, stir and finish cooking. Remove from microwave and keep covered till ready to serve. Yum-yum!!
