Ingredients
2 skinless boneless chicken breasts, diced1 med onion, chopped3 cloves garlic, chopped1 tsp olive oil2 tsp worcestershire saucesalt and pepper to taste approx. 1/4 tsp each1 jar spaghetti sauce1 can diced tomatoes1/2 pkg frozen veggies of choice11/2cups Minute Rice, prepared
Directions
Heat oil in pan/pot. Cook onions until just soft, add chicken and keep cooking until white. Add garlic, worceshire sauce, salt and pepper and continue to cook until chicken is lightly brown. Add tomatoes, sauce and frozen veggies. Continue heating until veggies are cooked. While veggies are cooking, cook rice according to directions. Serve sauce on rice. Makes 4 servings. For a variation, you can use noodles instead of rice.
