Broccoli Cheddar Soup

Ingredients
2 heads of broccoli, cut your way stem & head10 baby carrots, sliced1 can cream of celery soup1 can cheddar cheese soup1 cup 100% milkwater pepper to taste
Directions
Clean and cut broccoli & carrots. Put in dutch oven size pot and just cover with water to boil. Bring to boil and lower heat to simmer just about 5 - 7 minutes. Don't over cook the broccoli. Add soups, milk, and water to desired thickness of soup. Raise heat just before the boiling point - cook in a simmer and stir often to fully blend flavors and cook through. This can be done in 45 min start to finish or you can make it ahead and let it sit for a while and blend the flavors well.
If you like serve with a sprinkling of shredded cheese (not in calorie count).
Makes 8 - 2 Cup servings.
