Banana and Apple Breakfast Polenta

Ingredients
1.5 Cups Water*Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 1TbsBanana, fresh, .1/2 MediumApples, fresh, 1/2 MediumCorn Meal , 1/4 CupSalt to tasteCinnamon to taste1/4 tsp of artifical sweetner
Directions
Bring 1 cup of water to boil, add oats. Dice banana and apple stir in. Add 1/4 cup yellow corn meal, stir adding water to keep moist but thick. Season with salt and cinnamon. Takes about 4 mins to cook. Calculated to make 2 servings just over a half cup
