Vikki's Cajun Chicken Wrap Salad

Ingredients
2 oz. Cajun Chicken Breast2 cups chopped Iceberg Lettuce 1 slice Tomato 2 T. Hidden Valley Light Ranch1/2 c. chopped onions
Directions
Cut chicken breast into small pieces. Cook chicken and onions in fry pan with a small amount of water til cooked through.

Chop lettuce, cut tomato into small chunks and cut tortilla into small pieces, then toss them together in a bowl. Top with chicken and onions and ranch dressing.

Also good topped with a small amount of shredded cheese or w/ Spicy Ranch dressing.
