Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake

Yogurt, Stonyfield Farm fat free plain, 1 cup Splenda Granular, .5 cup *Egg white, 4 serving Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Cream of tartar, 1 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp Milk Chocolate Candy, 2 cup chips Flour, white, .6667 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain, .6667 cup – ground into “flour”Fiber One Cereal, .6667 cup – ground into “flour”brown sugar substitite, 0.667 cup
Beat yogurt and sugars together.
2Add eggs and vanilla.
3Mix flours, salt, baking soda, and cream of tartar.
4Add dry ingredients to the batter and mix until well blended.
5Stir in chocolate chips.
6Spread dough into a 15 1/2 inch round pan.
7Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

I changed a few things. Instead of Plain Fat Free yogurt, I used the Stonyfield Farms F.F. French Vanilla yogurt. Additionally, I used regular oats and instead of Fiber One I used ground flax seed and white choc chips instead of milk choc. It was AWESOME!! Hope you like these new ideas. - 7/17/10
