Crunchy Chicken and Fruit salad

Ingredients
2 pounds of roasted chicken3 oranges1/3 cup of light Mayo2 small red and/or green apples5 oz bag of mixed salad greens finely chopped1/4 cup of pecan halves
Directions
1. remove chicken from bones. Tear chicken in bite-size chunks. Set aside.
2. squeeze juice from one orange. Stir enough juice into the mayo to make dressing consistency. Season with black pepper. Peel and section remaining oranges.
3. On salad plates arrange salad greens, chicken apples, and oranges. Sprinkle pecan halves. Add dressing.
