Stewed Prunes, figs, and raisins with ground roasted flaxseed

Ingredients
1/2 cup prunes, pitted ,2 Fresh figs, pitted1 box of raisins .5 oz1/2 ground roasted flaxseed
Directions
Add fruit to small saute pan with enough water to stew them in, cook for 10 mins or so until the friut is softened. dish it up and garnish with flaxseed.
