Ingredients
2 tbsp Smart Balance Butter1 bag Tyson Chicken Breast Tenderloins10 tbsp Pace Picante Sauce5-6 boiler onions1/2 c Mexican style shredded cheese
Directions
Boil and shred chicken Tenderloins.
Sautee peeled and chopped onions in butter
Add shredded chicken when onions are tender
Let simmer about 5 minutes.
Add pace picante sauce.
Let simmer again about 5 minutes.
Top with shredded cheese and serve over brown rice.
