hAMBURGER/POTATOE SOUP

Ingredients
1 lB GROUND BEEF6 RAW RED POTATOES1/4 C. CHOPPED ONIONS1 CUP FLOUR10 CUPS WATER1/2 tsp salt and pepper
Directions
Take 1 lb ground beef mix in 1/4 cup raw onion, salt and pepper and 2 tbsp flour. Shape into 1 inch meatballs and set aside. Put the 10 cups of water into a large size pot. Peel and cut up potatoes into cubes, put into the pot of water and bring to a boil. When water and potatoes are boiling, add the meatballs, may need to turn down heat to prevent boil over. When potatoes are soft and meatballs are cooked take the rest of flour, add cold water to make a paste that is the consistancy of cream. Pour this paste into the pot of boiling ingredients to thicken, thickness depends on each person's taste. Makes approximetaly 10 servings of 1.5 cups each. Salt and pepper could be added for taste. Serv with freah whole wheat buns on a cold day.
