Ingredients
A little less than one pound ground beefOne can of sliced beets, choppedOne can of sweet cornOne can of black beans, rinsed and drainedTwo cans dice tomatoes2 green bell peppers, chopped2 tbsp ground flax for a little extra fiber
Directions
Dump all the veggies in one pot over low while you brown the beef in a separate pan. Add the beef and bring to boil. Simmer until it reaches the perfect consistency. Season to taste.
