Apple Cranberry Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
Pork Tenderloin, 36 oz 4 Apples large peeles and sliced2 cup Cranberries, freshwhole 1 cup Apple juice, unsweetened 1/4 Cider Vinegar, 1 cup Brown Sugar packed
Directions
Place tenderloin in roast pan, add remaining ingredients around the pork. cover and cook at 300 2 hrs ( Can also be cook in slow cooker)

12 serving (3 oz pork +1/2 of cup fruits& bouillon)

    I didn't have any apple juice so used lite cranberry juice, as well as fresh cranberries and left over home made cranberry jelly from Thanksgiving. Also added the apple cider vinegar and no brown sugar as I figured there was enough in it all ready. Cooked up some quinoa and sauteed some bok choy - - 10/10/12
