Crock Pot Lemon Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
24 oz chicken breast boneless skinless1/4 cup flour1 tsp oregano1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper1/2 tblsp oil1/2 tblsp light butter2 cloves garlic minced3 tblsp lemon juice1/2 cup water1/2 tsp no soduim chicken bouillon granules
Directions
cut chicken into chunks

combine flour and seasonings together (oregano,black pepper, salt, garlic powder)
heat large pan add oil and butter spray with cooking spray dip chicken in flour and dust of excess flour and brown in oil butter mixture set aside cook in 2 batches to not crowd pan

Mix 1/2 cup water bouillon lemon juice garic and rosemary together to pan scraping bottom of pan
place chicken in crock pot add broth lemon mixture and cook on low 3 hours remove lid turn to high and continue cooking 30 minutes to allow sauce to thicken a little

    My family loved this! I was able to make a double batch, just using the same dry ingredients for all the chicken, but doubling the meat and the part that is liquid added in the pan. I used chicken broth instead of the water and boullion and I served it with brown rice. - 8/1/10
