2 1/2 cups Pumpkin, cooked & mashed or one large 29 oz can of Libby Pumpkin4 Eggs, lightly beaten1 tsp Salt2 tsp Ginger, ground1/2 tsp Cloves, ground4 tsp Cinnamon, ground2 12-oz cans evaporated non-fat milk1 1/2 cup Splenda Sweetner
Mix eggs and pumpkin. Add spices, Splenda and salt and mix well. Add milk and mix. Bake 60 minutes or as long as needed for knife to come out clean. Cool and refrigerate. Serve with Cool Whip Lite, if desired.
