Shrimp corn soup

Ingredients

3 cans sweet yellow corn 3 cups cream corn 1 lb shrimp (raw peeled and deveined)1 stick salted butter1 lg onion1 qt half and halfseasonings (salt, pepper [red, black, white]basil, oregano, thyme, parsely)
In large pot add butter and onion, cook untill onion is clear being carful not the break the butter. Add corn and seasonings to taste (see list)
Allow to cook on med to med high heat for 20-30 min. Add cream corn and reduce to simmer for 20 min. Add half and half and shrimp, bring to a light boil then reduce and simmer untill shrimp are cooked, about 15-20 min. Serve and enjoy!
