Mockamole

Ingredients
Frozen peas, 16 ozOnion, 1, choppedCilantro, 2 T choppedTomato, chopped, 1/2 cSalt, 1/2 tspLime juice of 1 limeGarlic, 2 cloves, crushed
Directions
Rinse peas in hot water. Whirl in food processor and add lime juice, salt. Remove from food processor and mix into tomato and cilantro. Crush garlic and stir in. Can add jalapeno if heat is desired. Best if it sits for about an hour so flavors combine. Makes 20, 2 T servings.
