Skinny Waldorf salad w/chicken

3 oz cubed chicken breast1c chopped cabbage red or green1c chopped napa cabbage1c chopped celery1 tbsp chopped onion, regular or green1 small apple chopped with skin onany type of fresh sproutsroasted sl;ivered almonds 2 tsp.1Tbsp mayonaise2 Tbsp greek yougurt, plain10 pumps of spray salad dressing, Raspberry or Oriental or Honney Mustard flavor
Directions
mix dressing ingrediants together pour over salad, toss top with roasted almonds. Yummy and filling.
