Slow-Cooked Tamale Casserole

1 lb ground beef, extra lean1 egg1.5 C nonfat milk3/4 c cornmeal1 can whole kernel corn, drained1 can diced tomatoes, undrained1 can sliced ripe olives, drained1 envelope chili seasoning1 tsp seasoned salt1 C shredded cheddar cheese
1. In skillet, brown beef over medium heat. Drain,
2. In a bowl, combine the egg, milk, and cornmeal until smooth. Add corn, tomatoes, olives, chili seasoning, seasoned salt, and beef. Transfer to greased slow cooker.
3. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours and 45 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and cook 15 minutes longer until cheese is melted.
Makes 6 servings.
