Self-Crusting Quiche

Ingredients
6 medium fresh eggs, beaten1.5c low fat milk1/2 medium onion, diced25g bell pepper, diced50g low fat ham, chopped up1c grated low fat cheese3tbsp butter, melted1/2c white flour, sifted
Directions
Add eggs, buttter, milk, bell pepper, onion, ham, cheese and flour to a medium to large bowl and mix well.
Pour into a well greased oven proof dish and bake at 180degrees celcius for 30mins or golden brown.
Divide into 6 portions. 1 portion is for 1 person.

Optional: Garnish with sliced tomato just before cooking.
