Chicken Oriental

Ingredients
2 lb Chicken breasts1 Onion, chopped1 can Pineapple Chunks, with juice1 can Mushrooms, with juice2 Tbs soy sauce3 Tbs vinegar2 Tbs corn starch1 tbs olive oil
Directions
Brown chicken in olive oil. Add the onion and let the chicken and onion cook while you prepare the sauce.

While chicken is browning, combine the juice from the pineapple & mushrooms, the soy sauce and the vinegar. Add to chicken, reserving enough to disolve corn starch in. Bring to boil, then add the reserved liquid & cornstarch. You may need more cornstarch to get desired thickness.
Cook for 20 more minutes or until chicken is cooked.
Serve over rice.
