Vegetarian Gyro

Ingredients
2 Roma Tomatos1 Cup chopped Onion1 Small Cucumber, sliced and chopped1 Garlic Clove2 Tbl. Low Fat Sour Cream2 Tbl. Vinegar2 Tbl. Extra Virgin Olive Oil6 Jumbo Black Olives1 tsp Dried Dill2 Whole Wheat pitas
Directions
Chop tomato, olives, and garlic.
Mix all ingredients (except Pita) in a bowl.
Wrap pita in wet paper towel and heat for 45 seconds in microwave. Fill pita with vegetables, and eat promptly.
