Chana Masala

Ingredients
1 can garbanzo beans, drained1 can whole tomatoes (with juice)1/2 teaspoon: coriander, turmeric, garam masala, cayenne pepper, hot madras curry powder and cumin1 tsp ginger1 T garlic1 T olive oil1 medium yellow onionjuice of 1 lemon
Directions
Heat olive oil over medium high heat and saute onion and garlic until translucent. Add spices and remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve alone or with basmati rice and whole wheat naan bread for a tasty treat.
