Vegan Boston Brown Bread

Ingredients
1 cup cornmeal1 cup whole wheat bread flour1/2 cup all purpose flour1 tsp baking soda3/4 tsp salt1 1/2 cups light, plain soy milk1/2 cup molasses1/4 cup B grade maple syrup1 Tbsp cider or white vinegar
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Combine all the dry ingredients.
In separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients and stir well as the molasses tends to sink to the bottom.
Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Pour the wet in the well. Stir until just combined.
Pour into a lightly oiled 5"x9" bread loaf pan.
Bake one hour or until a toothpick stuck in the center comes out clean. Let sit for 10 minutes, then carefully remove from pan and let cool another 20 minutes before serving.
