Garlic Ginger Chicken w/Almonds

1 - Boneless, skinless chicken breast1 C - white rice (or whatever kind you like)2 T - Garlic Ginger sauce (can be found in asian section at grocery store)1 T - Sesame seed oil (also found in asian section)Almonds - we leave them whole, but you can chop them if you like
Unthaw chicken breast and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cook rice either in microwave or on stove.
Heat the Sesame Seed oil in a saute' pan on Med-High heat and add chicken. Cook until chicken is done, then add the almonds and Garlic Ginger sauce. Turn heat to low and heat through. Serve over rice!
