Healthy Dill Dip

1 cup nonfat cottage cheese2 t. dill weed2 T Dehydrated Onion Flakes
Directions
Place ingredients in a food processor until blended and this is a wonderful low fat, low sodium veggie dip. This also works great on potatoes.
