Slow-cooker Special Pork

Ingredients
2-2.5 pounds of pork loin roast, fat trimmed off1 cup unsweetened applesauce1 tablespoon sugar-free pancake syrup1/2 cup light brown sugar1-1.5 tablespoon cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg1/4 tsp each of salt and pepper1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
Directions
Mix together brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well blended. Rub generously over entire pork loin roast. Place roast in crockpot. Pour apple juice over roast. Mix together apple sauce and pancake syrup until well blended and pour over pork roast. Cover and cook roast on low setting for 4-6 hours. Makes 6 4 oz servings.
