Open face Broiled Turkey burgers

Ingredients
* *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz* Onions, raw, 3 tbsp chopped* water 3 tbsp* Thyme, ground, 1 tsp* Salt, 1 tsp* Pepper, black, 1 tsp* Onions, raw, 0.5 medium* Olive Oil, 1 tbsp* Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices* Worcestershire Sauce, 0.5 tsp
Directions
Mix first 5 ingredients together and form into patties. Broil 3 inches from heat until done.
In skillet, heat oil. Add onions, stir until tender. Add mushrooms and w.sauce. Stirfry for 2 min. Serve over turkey burgers
