Mushroom Sauce for Pasta

Ingredients
1.5 cups chopped fresh mushrooms1 cup soymilk1 tbsp WW flour3 cloves garlic1 tsp thymesalt & pepperBecel Spray
Directions
Spray pan liberally with spray margarine. Saute chopped garlic and mushrooms until very soft. Add thyme and stir to coat mushrooms. Add soymilk and flour and cook until thickenes to desired consistancy. Salt & Pepper to taste.

    i've always loved creamy mushroom sauce, but have avoided it since i've cut dairy out of my diet. this recipe using soymilk & flour instead of cream is just as delicious as i remember. for more savory flavor, add minced onions & concentrated vegetable broth. - 1/25/09
