2 large baking potatoes 6 slices turkey bacon 2 tablespoonslow fat margrine 1(6ounce)package low fat cream cheese3 green onoins ,chopped 1/2 teaspoon low sodium salt
makes 1 serving .bake until soft about 20 minutes .cut lenghtwise in 1/2 scoup out flesh leaving some to hold shape.mix the scooped potatoes with the rest of ingredients mashing the potatoes.fill back into potatoe skins and bake 10 minutes at 425
