Channel Catfish, 16 oz Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, .5 cup Milk, nonfat, .5 cup Basil, .5 tsp Salt, .5 tsp Oregano, ground, .5 tsp Butter melted, unsalted, 2 tbsp
1.Heat oven to 500 degrees. In a shallow dish, mix the salt and the milk.
2.In a seperate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, basil, and oregano. Dip the fish in the milk and then roll in the breadcrumbs mixture.
3.Place the fish in a non-stick baking dish. Pour the melted butter over the fish and bake 10-12 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Enjoy!! Serves 4
