Cauliflower bajji

Ingredients
Cauliflower flowerettes 18Ginger paste ½ tbspRed chilli powder 1 tbspChaat masala powder 1 tbspGreen coriander paste 2 tbspsCornflour 1 cupA pinch of turmericSalt to tasteOil
Directions
Prepare a batter of the ginger, red chilli powder, chaat masala powder, green coriander, turmeric and salt to taste with enough water to make it of a dipping consistency. Heat the oil in a kadai. Dip the flowerettes in the prepared batter and deep fry in small batches to a golden brown. Serve hot on a bed of onion, tomato and cucumber rings and plenty of tomato sauce or any chutney of your choice.
