Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes & Beans

Ingredients
1 15 oz can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained 1 15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained 1 large onion, chopped 2 stalks celery, chopped 1 cup frozen peas 1 large green pepper, seeded and chopped 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup1/2 cup water 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp dried thyme, crushed 1/4 tsp pepper 1 1/2 pounds potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
Directions
In a large bowl combine beans, onion, celery, peas, green pepper, soup, water, garlic, thyme and pepper.
Spoon half the bean mixture into the crockpot. Top with potatoes and then remaining bean mixture.
Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours, or high 4-5 hours.
