8 Medium Sized Potatoes For Baking1 8 oz. Bag of Baby Carrots5 Stalks of Celery2 Medium Sized Onion6 Cloves of Garlic1 Can of Any Flavored Broth or StockAny No Salt Seasoning
Serves 8-10 People
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Quater potatoes, and celery, place on the bottom of a roasting pan.
3. Add carrots.
4. Add sliced onion and garlic.
5. Pour broth over vegetables and sprinkle with seasoning.
6. Bake covered for 30 minutes then stir.
7. Bake uncovered until fork tender.
8. Enjoy!
