‘CAG’ Salad

Ingredients
Salad • 2 apples, cored and diced• ½ cup of dried cranberries or craisins• ¼ or 40 seedless red grapes• romaine lettuce• 4 oz of goat cheese, crumbledDressing • 1/2 cup vegetable oil• 1/2 cup apple juice• 2 tablespoons of cider vinegar
Directions
1. Make the dressing by combining ingredients and mixing well – set aside
2. Arrange romaine on plates, top with apple slices, sprinkle with cranberries and grapes
3. Shake dressing and pour over salad
4. Garnish with cheese and serve
