Leftover Thanksgiving Turkey and Bean Soup

4-Cups of 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup (Approx. 2 cans)4-Cups of Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free (Approx. 2 cans.)1lb.-Bag of Northern Beans8oz-Turkey meat (I use leftover turkey)1-cup Mushrooms (Sliced)1-cup Broccoli Florets8-Baby Carrots cut into 1inch pieces
Cook bean as stated on bag.
Once beans are done rinse and return to pot.
Add Broth and Soup.
Add all other ingredients and simmer until carrots are tender.
Season to taste:
I use pepper and Italian seasoning.
Makes approximately 10 servings at 1 cup each.
