Apricot/Chocolate/Pecan Muffins

2 eggs1 cup lowfat butter milk1/2 cup orange juice1 TBS Grand Marnier1 TBS canola oil 3/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour1/2 cup oat bran1/3 cup sugar1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1/4 cup pecan pieces 1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate chips1 heaping cup chopped dried apricots
1. Preheat oven to 400
2. Beat eggs, stir in other wet ingredients.
3. Pour dry ingredients into the bowl, stir together (minus the "goodies")
4. Stir in pecans, chips and apricots
5. Spoon the batter into a greased muffin tin.
6. Bake for 20 minutes.
7. Let cool in pans for 5 minutes before removing muffins.
