LLB'S Lemony Pep Rub Pork Tenderlion

Ingredients
Italian Seasoning 4 tsp *Onion powder, 3 tbsp Lemon Pepper ’Tones' 3 tbspPork Tenderloin, 36 oz Cooking Spry
Directions
Mix all spices and seasinings in a small bowl to make a rub
wash and pat dry pork tenderloin, tie pork pieces together with string so both pieces stay together coat the tenderloan with spray then evenly rub all the lemon pepper rub all over the pork
spry a large skillit put on med to high heat add the meat and brown on all side then add to a 350 oven cook until reaches 170 F*

Serve with potato w/1 tbs butter spred and sour cream and mixed veggies

Pork alone it is about half less 100 cals and less 8 grams of Fat
