B and J's Burmese Chicken

Ingredients
1.25 lb chix breastOnions, raw, 4 small Garlic, 1 clove *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Chili powder, 2 tbsp Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp Ginger, ground, 1 tsp Water, tap, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Makes 6 servings, cut chix into chunks. Combine everything but oil and water into pan, and stir completely. Then stir in oli, and water, cook over medium heat, cover until chix is tender.
Serve over rice, over pasta. Yum
