    I don't feel there are enough directions? Is it simply dry toast and an egg? It says eggs-how many and how much toast for those calories I sliced a boiled egg between two pieces of wheat toast & added a bit of mustard for a sandwich. Quick and simple breakfast that used leftover Easter egg. YUM - 4/13/09
