Slow Cooker Roast with Carrots and Potatoes

Ingredients
3 to 4 pound bottom sirloin roast with all the fat trimmed off16 ounces of baby carrots1 medium onion, diced1 pound of red potatoes, cut into cubes or chunks.
Directions
Trim the fat off of the roast if there is any.

Then get everything together and put it in your slow cooker, cover with water.

Let simmer all day long and enjoy the smell.
