Ground Turkey and Carrot Soup

Ingredients
Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey, 16 oz Carrots, raw, 4 cup, grated Onions, raw, 1 medium Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 6 cup Tomato Sauce, 6 cupGarlic, 6 clove Beans, black, 1.5 cupSalt and Pepper to taste1 Bay LeafThyme to taste
Directions
Brown the turkey with the diced onion and minced garlic. Grate the carrots and add to the mixture. Open all the cans and pour in. Simmer for 30-45 min. or until veggies are tender. Top with cheddar cheese if desired.
