Directions
1 lb ground turkey1 can refried beans1 pkg. taco seasoning mix1 16 oz container of Fat Free Sour Cream2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese1 large red, ripe tomato - chopped1/2 cup chopped green onions
1. Brown ground turkey and drain. Stir in the refried beans and half of the taco seasoning. Cook on low heat for about 5 minutes. Spread mixture on a large plate or serving dish. Cool slightly.
*
2. Mix remaining taco seasoning into the sour cream and then spread on top of the meat/bean mixture. Sprinkle shredded cheese over sour cream. Top with tomatoes, onions, and olives. Drizzle some salsa over the top.
*
3. Serve with baked Tostidos scoops for dipping.
*
4. This recipe is delicious as is, but can also have a layer of guacamole added under the sour cream layer - and sliced black olives sprinkled on top, but to save on calories, I have not included them in the nutritional data. It really is good either way.
